The Dubai International Dragon Boat Festival, brought by TOTAL Lubricants Middle East, took place on 3rd & 4th April, 2009. The watersport event full of adrenaline, sportsmanship, strategy and technique was a huge success and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who participated and came to watch.
